Child = 17 year and under fee available for the 5K only. Adult fee for 5K 18 years, 10K and 21.1K

* 1km : Parents can run with their child and do not need to register.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

1. Overall Ranking: the first three men and the first three women to cross the finish line in a said distance (no matter the age) are the winners of the distance.

2. Ranking by age category: the first three men and the first three women in a said distance, according to age categories established in the distance, win an age category medal.

Age categories: based on the age on race day

21,1k : 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,  60-69, 70-79, 80 and over. **Information to come. (Elite athletes for provincial championship)

10k : 15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.

5k : 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.

1k kids run (12 years and under) : 11-12, 9-10, 7-8, 6 and under (mix of boys and girls).

→ All participants receive an individual result, even when registering as a parent-child team or in a group.

Parent-child team: maximum 2 participants per team, registered in the same distance. Select “Parent-child team” when registering. Parent and child run the same distance (5, 10 or 21.1km) and the average of the two results is calculated to give the team result (this is not a relay race).

How to create a parent-child team: on the registration page, select the “parent-child team” option in the distance of your choosing. Fill in the information of the first participant. Under the “Team” section, click on “Yes, create a new team and add this participant”, and then enter the team name. When all the information for the first participant have been entered, click on “+ Add another participant”. Select once again “parent-child team” in the chosen distance and enter the information for participant 2. In the “Team” section, click on “Yes, add participant 2 to team [Name of your team]”.

Participate in the Mont-Tremblant Half-Marathon as a team and enjoy a team challenge to be in shape with you work colleagues, family or friends. To get team results, teams must be made up of 5 to 10 runners and/or walkers in the same distance (21.1km, 10km, 5km or 1km for kids).

How to create a team:
On the registration page click on the distance of the first participant and fill in the information for the first participant (who becomes team captain). Under the “Team” section, click on “Yes, create a new team”, and enter the team name – the captain is automatically registered for this team. When all the information about the team captain are entered, click on “+ Add another participant“, or the other participants can join the team by themselves by registering later.

How to join a team:

  • If you are not yet registered yet: on the registration page, click on “Team” on the left side bar. Enter the name of the team in the search bar and click on “Join“. Follow the different registration steps.
  • If you are already registered: On the registration page, click on “Team” on the left side bar. Enter the name of the team in the search bar and click on “Join”. You will be automatically associated to the team.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

You can manage your registration independently and update some personal information on your original registration (except your name ) via your Race Roster account. Changes will be done according to space availability. Please note that if you move to a less expensive race, there is no refund. Please note that if you move to a more expensive race you will only be charged the difference in cost from your original registration. The last date for a registrant to make corrections to their entry is Tuesday July 30 2024 at midnight. After this date changes will be possible only on site the week-end of the event, during bibs pick-up hours and according to availability in the new distance of your choice. We recognize that sometimes you cannot participate in the race after you have registered.

The registrant transferring will opt to transfer from their Race Roster account, and input the email of the person taking their place, an email with a link will automatically be sent to the new registrant. They will enter their new information. This will replace the registration information of the previous registrant. Refunds will not be granted for transfers, a transfer fee will be applied (15$). We do not charge a registration fee to the new participant and therefore do not refund the original registration fee. Transfers can be completed up until Tuesday July 30 2024 at Midnight. Entry fees are non-refundable. That means that once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate and you will not be able to defer your entry for another year. The event, in accordance with management executives, city officials and local law enforcement has the authority to cancel any of the events for emergency purposes such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, threat of terrorism or a pandemic. If such emergency conditions force cancellation, refunds cannot be provided since funds will have been spent in preparation for Race Day.

During your registration, you have the option to purchase a protection policy RegShield, offered by our registration platform Race Roster, to protect your purchase against unforeseen events that prevent your from being present on the day of the event (Covid-19, accident or illness, travel restrictions, family emergencies, extreme weather, dismissal).
