Racers information

The main event site is the Parc au Fil-de-l’Eau, behind the Hôtel de Ville de Mont-Tremblant (City Hall), located at 1145, rue de Saint-Jovite in Mont Tremblant. You will find the following services and activities in this area:

  • Registration office for race kit pick-up

All participants registered for the 1K, 5K, 10K or 21.1K will receive a registration kit when they visit the Registration Office at the Event Site. 

*Please note, the registration kits are not available at the 10K and 21.1K start areas. 

Participant’s kit includes :

Online registrations close at 8:00 PM on Saturday, August 10, 2019.

On-site registrations can be made at any time during the opening hours of the registration office. Registrations for the 10K and 21.1K close sixty (60) minutes prior to their start.  Registrations for the 5K and 1K close thirty (30) minutes before they start.

Many free parking spaces are available at some merchants and in the surrounding streets within a 500 meter radius of the Event Site.

RED ZONE :  No vehicles may park in this area on the day of the event. These spaces are reserved only for road traffic and mainly for buses and emergency vehicles (towing at your expense).

Racers information

Free cloakroom service is available to all participants at the Event Site. You may leave your personal belongings (minimum quantity) in a bag provided by the organization. Participants will be able to pick up their bags upon presentation of their bib. Please note that there are no showers or lockers to lock-up your equipment on site. Leave your valuables and jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen bags.

10K and 21.1K Participants : All participants wishing to use the personal belongings transportation service must deposit their personal effects in the designated area at the start line before 8:15 AM for the 10K and before 8:00 AM for the 21.1K. These bags will be transported to the cloakroom and you can pick them up after your race.

Water stations serve water and X1 energy drink. Vaseline and mini first aid kits (ointments and bandages) are also available. At each start and finish, a water station is set up.  For participants in the 21.1K, X4 gel (without caffeine, citrus flavor) is available at the start and at station 4.

Please keep to the right when you run and pass participants to the left.  Always leave a space between you and the cone line to allow emergency services and faster runners coming from behind you to pass without obstructions.  Additionally, we strongly discourage the use of headphones for your safety, and the safety of all others on the course. However, if you choose to run with headphones, we urge you to just use one ear piece and to be aware of the surrounding participants and others on the course, including emergency vehicles. Thank you.

To enhance your experience, pace bunnies will be pacing our 5K, 10K and 21.1K courses. These experienced runners will help you keep pace to achieve your goals and will be a source of motivation and encouragement throughout your run. You can meet our bunnies at the Event Site on Saturday, August 7 2021, ask them all your questions and find out the times available for each of our distances.

Village des Soleils : Nestled in a wooded area, these spacious condos are fully equipped with free parking. A babysitting service is available to participants at the Event Site. This service is not managed by the organizers of the Demi Marathon Mont Tremblant. So that you can plan driving and travel between 4:30 AM and 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 11, here are the changes made to road traffic:


  • Rue de Saint-Jovite will be closed between rue Mercure and rue Léonard from 4:30 AM to 1 PM
  • All services: restaurants, shops and grocery stores will remain accessible.


  • Montée Ryan will be a one-way street between the roundabout of the tourist office (Montée Ryan / rue Labelle) and the roundabout of Lac Tremblant.  Approximate duration: 8h45 to 11h30
  • Traffic on Montée Ryan will be northbound, from the tourist office roundabout to the Lac Tremblant roundabout.


  • Labelle Street will be a one-way street between de Saint-Jovite Street and the roundabout of the tourist office (Montée Ryan / Labelle Street).  Approximate duration: 8:30 AM to 12:15 PM
  • Traffic on Labelle Street will be northbound, from de Saint-Jovite Street to the roundabout of the tourist office (Montée Ryan).
  • Once the runners have passed Rang 8, partial reopening of Labelle Street for two-way traffic. This will be done as the runners progress along the course.
