RACE DAY INFORMATION (Frequently Asked Questions)
The Event’s main gathering site is the Parc au Fil-de-l’Eau/Hôtel de Ville de Mont-Tremblant, located at 1145, rue de Saint-Jovite. You will find the following activities and services :
- Registration Office to pick up your registration kits
- Finish line for all our distances
- SunRype Fruit to Go 1K and 5km Rona Forget Mont-Tremblant starts
- Bus departure point for the 10K and 21.1K races
- Main parking lots
- Post-race snack (August 8)
- Event Booths: Booths that offer services to participants only, such as: Plaza Store, Beer Sales, etc.
- Main Stage, Entertainment, Music
- Medal ceremony
- Changing rooms (for personal effects)
- First Aid
All participants registered for the SunRype Fruit to Go 1K, 5km Rona Forget Mont-Tremblant, 10km Château Beauvallon or 21.1km will receive a registration kit when they check in at the registration desk located at the Event Site. *Registration kits will not be distributed at the 10km and 21.1km starts.
SCHEDULE :
We strongly recommend that all participants pick up their registration package on Saturday, August 8.
Saturday, August 7: 10:00-16:00
Sunday, August 8: 6:00-8:00. We strongly recommend that you pick up your registration package on Saturday – very limited capacity on August 9, long delays to be expected. We are not responsible if you miss your start time.
Pick-up of the registration kit by another person:
You may pick up another participant’s kit, or have your kit picked up. You must present a copy/proof of this participant with photo and date of birth. (e.g. photo in your phone of a health insurance card or driver’s license of the participant).
Participant kit includes:
- Bib (with timing chip)
- T-Shirt (purchased online during registration)
Late registration
Online registration closes at 6:00pm on Saturday, August 7.
On-site registration: Possible on Saturday, August 7 during the registration office hours. No on-site registration on Sunday, August 8.

Event site: Numerous free parking spaces are available at some merchants and in the surrounding streets within a 500m radius of the Rally Site.

CHECKROOM
A free checkroom service is available to all participants at the Event Site. You can leave your personal belongings (limited quantity) in a bag provided by the organization or a small personal bag. Participants will be able to retrieve their bag upon presentation of their race number. Please note that there are no showers or lockers to lock your equipment on the site.
TRANSPORTATION OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS
10km and 21.1km participants: All participants wishing to take advantage of the personal belongings transportation service must hand in their personal belongings in a bag provided by the organization or a small personal bag at the designated area at the start line. These bags will be transported to the checkroom.
ON COURSE PARTICIPANTS SERVICES
The refreshment stations serve water and energy drink; vaseline and mini first aid kit (ointments and bandages) are also available. At each start and finish, a refreshment station is set up. Hydration belts and vests can be filled at the various refreshment points set up at the assembly site and at each of the start areas.

Our Pace Bunnies are here to help participants achieve their race goals and cross the finish line with confidence. They accompany runners in all event distances: 5 km, 10 km, and 21.1 km. With more than 20 Pace Bunnies offering a variety of target finish times, participants can choose the pace that best matches their personal goals. Whether you’re a first-time runner or an experienced athlete looking to achieve a personal best, our Pace Bunnies provide motivation, encouragement, and expert pacing throughout the race. Their support helps make the experience more enjoyable, rewarding, and successful for everyone.
Our bike route openers dressed in yellow shirts, easily spotted, are essential resources to accompany the leaders of each distance from the start to the finish line. They ensure the safe and efficient passing of our elite athletes.
A first aid medical team is ready at departure and arrival areas. A bike patrol team is present along the courses to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Headphones: For your safety and the safety of all participants, we strongly discourage the use of headphones during the race. If you choose to run with headphones, we recommend using only one earbud and remaining aware of your surroundings at all times, including other participants, race officials, volunteers, and emergency vehicles. Thank you for your cooperation.
Overtaking: When passing another participant, please do so on the left and leave as much space as possible between you and the runner you are overtaking. A courteous and safe passing distance helps ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Emergency Vehicles: Please be aware that any emergency vehicle requiring access to the course will travel on the left side. If you hear or see an approaching emergency vehicle, move safely to the right and follow any instructions provided by race officials or volunteers.

In order for you to plan your travels between 4:30 am and 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 9, here are the changes to the road traffic
VILLAGE SECTOR:
- Chemin du Village will be one-way (traffic heading west) between Rue du Couvent (beach) and Rue du Couvent (Parc Daniel-Lauzon) from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. (going down towards the beach). Local traffic between Rue Letendre and Rue du Couvent (Parc Daniel-Lauzon).
- Rue du Couvent will be one-way along its entire length (east), including between Rue Saint-Louis towards Chemin du Village. (6:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.)
SAINT-JOVITE STREET:
- Saint Jovite street will be closed between Leonard street and Mercure street from 4:30am to 1:30am.
- Saint Jovite street will be a one way street (traffic will be eastbound) between Léonard street and Labelle street between 8:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.
- All services: restaurants, stores and grocery stores will remain accessible. Approximate duration: 4:30 am to 1:00 pm
MONTÉE RYAN :
- Montée Ryan will be a one-way street (traffic will be northbound) between the tourist office roudabout (Montée Ryan / rue Labelle) and the Lac Tremblant roundabout. Approximate duration: 8:30am to 11:00am
LABELLE ST:
- Labelle Street will be a one-way street (traffic will be northbound) between Saint-Jovite Street and the tourist office roundabout (Montée Ryan / Labelle Street). Approximate duration: 8:30am to 12:00pm
- Once the runners have arrived at Rang 8, Labelle Street will be partially reopened for traffic in both directions. This will be done as the runners progress along the course.
Lost and found items will be brought to the organization office. They will be kept until Friday, August 13, 2027. After this date, they will be donated to the Samaritan. For any request, write to us at info@demimarathontremblant.com
